I Started with Richard Beavan on the Tuesday and finished on the Friday.
Although I failed my driving test, Richard was a very good instructor with a lot of skills and knowledge. He is my second instructor I have had and certainly the best one. I feel the value for money was only satisfactory due to Richard having an old boxy, noisy Kia Picanto. I feel that if you pay £695 for a 24 hour course, its better to learn in a nice new car, like the other franchises offer. Other than price, I think the service and quality were okay.
I did a 40 hour or so course with Kelvin Potter back in May. Before hand I’d had about 10 hours of lessons and in a diesel car and didn’t really know a lot to be honest! Kelvin was really understanding and made sure we were on the same page about what I could do and what I needed to learn! The week was long and tiring and it felt like my brain was going to explode, however so worth it! I learnt so much, and all that failed me on my test was my nervs! Thank you so much Kelvin. Highly recommended!
Lyndon is a really genuinly nice guy, he’s very knowledgeable and very patient! Although I didn’t pass first time, after doing 6 hours more with Lyndon I did pass the second time! I feel that the 40 hour course is probrably a better option if you’re relying on the course to pass, as I took the 30 hour course and it wasn’t really enough time to perfect everything for the test, although everything
I passed my test with one week driving course after years of trying to learn off and on. I have always been an anxious driver, so was sceptical about being able to learn in a week. I was assigned David as my driving instructor, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. His patience and guidance got me though it and I am very thankful to him.
