30Hr Semi-Intensive Driving Course Package Deal

Why choose a Semi Intensive Course  ?

For Provisional Licence Holders who need to pass the driving test quickly, who cannot commit to taking a week off work or college, we also offer a complete semi-intensive driving course package. 

A semi-intensive course offers more flexibility whilst still getting a much earlier test date with the present backlog of test dates   

Rough Guide to Course Schedule

Please note this is an estimated timeline and completion dates may vary depending on instructor availability, test dates, and your area. As a general guide:

January bookings → Approx. April completion
February bookings → Approx. May completion
March bookings → Approx. June completion
April bookings → Approx. July completion
May bookings → Approx. August completion
June bookings → Approx. September completion
July bookings → Approx. October completion
August bookings → Approx. November completion
September bookings → Approx. January completion (following year)

Important Note:
If you choose a completion month further in advance (for example, if you book on 1 January 2025 and select July 2025 as your completion month), your course would begin at the end of April or the beginning of May.

12th May onwards only the student will be able to book and make changes to their driving test. 

The DVSA have made it illegal for any third party to have any involvement in the test booking process. 

Following the timescale above, you will schedule your practical test for around the completion month based on your starting month. We will guide you on the best way to find a test. 

 Our semi intensive courses allow you, to vary your hours to suit you, in agreement with your instructor, With the flexibility  to add on more hours with your instructor if you feel this would be of benefit. 

The lessons flow, so you dont lose progress with large gaps in between, whilst not having to take time off work or college. 

We book the Theory Test and give access to our TheoryTestPro Site, with the Theory Test being taken approximately 2 weeks after booking your course.

Your driving instructor will contact you to arrange a schedule discuss a start date and rough schedule. – Clearly the more flexible you are, the easier this will be in scheduling your course.

If you are only have limited availability this may lengthen the course slightly.

Once the Theory Test has been passed, confirm with us in the office and we will provide you with more details on the practical test booking process. 

The Semi-Intensive Driving Course combines the flexibility of weekly driving lessons, with the benefit of less time to forget subjects between lessons.

Weekly lessons often take 6-12 months, which has been further extended due to the demand for both driving instructors and practical tests

Our semi intensive course will take a quarter of this time 

There is a strict 48hr cancellation period on all scheduled lessons. Any lesson cancelled with less than 48hrs will be charged/deducted from the hours.

Hours are scheduled in 2hr blocks.

Breaks are not included in the course time.

The Driving Test is during the last couple of hours of the course – extra time might be allocated if the test centre is some distance away- to allow time to travel home.

You have to wait a minimum of 10 working days between practical driving tests ( DVSA regulations ) which amounts to 2 weeks in effect – depending on test dates available.
