Firstly the booking process is very clear and straight forward. I spoke to a lady who helped me with booking the correct course and answered all questions I had. Once, I had booked the course, the service was also great when booking my practical test. They managed to book a practical test at the end of my 18 hour course which was convenient. As I started my course, I met my driving instructor Alan. I couldn’t fault Alan, he was brilliant. I was quite nervous to start off with but he made me feel at ease with his very calm approach. He was a great instructor who I would highly recommend. I liked the format of an intensive course, it seemed to really benefit more than weekly lessons. I Started with Richard Beavan on the Tuesday and finished on the Friday.
Although I failed my driving test, Richard was a very good instructor with a lot of skills and knowledge. He is my second instructor I have had and certainly the best one. I feel the value for money was only satisfactory due to Richard having an old boxy, noisy Kia Picanto. I feel that if you pay £695 for a 24 hour course, its better to learn in a nice new car, like the other franchises offer. Other than price, I think the service and quality were okay.
