What Our Students Have to Say
Having had some previous driving experience I opted for the 3-day intensive course and had Kelvin Potter as my instructor. Kelvin was excellent – he quickly worked out the areas that needed the most improvement and how to address them in order for me to get up to test standard within the (relatively short) time we had before the test itself. His approach is very comprehensive and refreshing. He will always ensure that you understand fully why he is asking or telling you to take a certain action with your driving. It makes a change from my past experiences with other instructors where I was told to do something but not necessarily given the reason behind the instruction. Kelvin is also open to how you want the student-instructor communication to go. You can ask him to push you hard as you want and just as easily ask him to ease off. This worked really well and as a result this helped me get the result I wanted – passing my test! Highly recommended.

Adam was a fantastic driving instructor from start to finish. He was always friendly, encouraging and boosted my confidence behind the wheel. Even after numerous meltdowns throughout the week he was patient and helped me in the best way he could. Very grateful for him helping me pass first fime.
I’m not personally keen on manuals so decided to try and pass in an automatic. Norman was a fantastic instructor, really patient and made me feel extremely confident on the road. I did a 30 hour course over 4/5 days and whilst it was intensive, it was fantastic. As long as you apply yourself, concentrate and have self confidence you will get 100% benefit from it. I took my intensive course with Adam in Sale (Manchester) who helped me get my pass after 5 different instructors and a very frustrating 4 years. Adam very quickly identified my driving style and what I was struggling with and was firm and straight to the point in addressing my faults (which was needed with just 4 days to prepare for the test) whilst also maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude.
