I booked a 30hr intensive driving course and my instructor was Kelvin Potter. I was a nervous pupil but Kelvins style of instruction was always very assuring and he always made it easy to understand his explanation. I feel that his style helped me pass my test at the end of the course. I would have no problem recommending Kelvin. I expect we shall see each other on the road.

After giving up learning to drive nearly 10 years ago I decided to do a week course! I passed my theory with the help of the training site I then passed my test first time :) my instructor was Barry I can honestly say he is absoloutely amazing he made me feel so comfortable he helped me get over my anxiety Barry had great faith and confidence in me and that helped me hugely! Barry had alot of patience with me and spoke me through everything I can’t praise him enough without him I’d stil be spending money on taxis or public transport! Now I’m independent going where ever I please always remembering what Barry taught me you learn everyday when driving! A huge thank you to Barry Raynor for helping me pass will always be grateful! Having had some previous driving experience I opted for the 3-day intensive course and had Kelvin Potter as my instructor. Kelvin was excellent – he quickly worked out the areas that needed the most improvement and how to address them in order for me to get up to test standard within the (relatively short) time we had before the test itself. His approach is very comprehensive and refreshing. He will always ensure that you understand fully why he is asking or telling you to take a certain action with your driving. It makes a change from my past experiences with other instructors where I was told to do something but not necessarily given the reason behind the instruction. Kelvin is also open to how you want the student-instructor communication to go. You can ask him to push you hard as you want and just as easily ask him to ease off. This worked really well and as a result this helped me get the result I wanted – passing my test! Highly recommended.
