The 6 Hour Intensive Driving Course Assessment is designed to evaluate your current driving ability and recommend the most suitable intensive driving course based on your existing experience and skill level.
This assessment can also be used as a short booster or refresher, helping you improve specific areas of your driving while giving you a clear understanding of how an intensive driving course is structured.
Course Structure and Duration
This 6 hour intensive driving assessment takes place over 1 day.
The exact schedule may vary depending on availability and your requirements.
Lessons usually begin at 8:00am, with each session lasting 2 hours followed by a 30-minute break.
What Is the Purpose of the Assessment?
This course can be used for a number of purposes:
Course Recommendation
Your instructor will assess your current driving ability and recommend the most suitable intensive or semi-intensive course based on your progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Understanding Intensive Learning
The assessment day allows you to experience a full intensive course day, helping you decide whether this style of learning suits you.
Some learners find that 6 hours per day works well, allowing time to practise and reinforce new skills, while others may prefer a different pace.
Booster Session
If you are already taking lessons, this course can be used as a short-term boost to help bring your driving up to test standard.
Refresher Training
If you have not driven for a while, or need to rebuild confidence, this course can help you regain control and improve your overall driving ability.
What You Will Learn

Minimum Age
You must be 17 years or above to take one of our courses.
Provisional License
You must hold a full UK provisional driving license.
Legal Requirement
You must not be disqualified from driving in the UK.
