Really professional service from the moment you book on the web to the time your instructor picks you up.

My instructors were both patient & gave me their full attention & experience, explaining my faults in various different techniques to help me learn from my mistakes (without any attitude or temperament, it was really nice..)

They taught me not just how to pass a test but how to be a safe, you cover every type of road & situation so that when you do take your test, you feel confident & ready.

I made a bad mistake on my 1st test (observation) and although I was gutted, it really hit home and I learnt from my mistake. So, I went back on to their site and quickly booked a 6hr top up package (lesson & test) and was surprised that even though I had a different car & instructor, the professionalism was still the same (..don’t get me wrong, these two were completely different characters and there were a few new driving techniques but either way I passed!!)

One of the happiest feeling you’ll ever get to experience (..& this is coming from someone that has had this sitting on his mind for about 10 years now, I was really embarrassed that I didn’t have my license but now I do (finally) at the age of 28.

..all I can say is just go for it, be positive & open minded, leave all inhibitions at home, ask questions all the time even if they seem stupid & finally, if you do fail (I know, it sucks!) try to think ..oh well, it’s just a test, I can retake it (when you next get paid), NOT aaaggghhh it’s the end world!!!!!

Adam is an amazing instructor. He was very calm and patient. Would recommend him to any learner no matter what ablility you have. He boosted my confidence and made me ready and I passed first time.

Firstly the booking process is very clear and straight forward. I spoke to a lady who helped me with booking the correct course and answered all questions I had. Once, I had booked the course, the service was also great when booking my practical test. They managed to book a practical test at the end of my 18 hour course which was convenient. As I started my course, I met my driving instructor Alan. I couldn’t fault Alan, he was brilliant. I was quite nervous to start off with but he made me feel at ease with his very calm approach. He was a great instructor who I would highly recommend. I liked the format of an intensive course, it seemed to really benefit more than weekly lessons. I really really recommend this great service, brilliant company! .

I did a 30 hour course and passed 2nd attempt after an additional 6 hours, I can’t recommend the company enough. They’ve had a really difficult time with booking/co-ordinating test slots since Covid-19. When I had to rebook my 2nd test, I looked online and it was a minimum of 6 months to get any West Midlands slot, within a week they managed to get the exact same test centre one month later on a quiet Sunday. These guys were worth every penny organising everything on my behalf. My driving instructor Zahir Baber was exceptional also, he slowly became more and more passionate about my driving as we spent more time together. Just make sure you get lots of sleep between the days, nail clutch control and you will be driving in no time! Thank you for everything One Week Driving, you made a very stressful time in my life as simple as possible! Every single one of you in the office is a star. .
