Friendly and experienced instructor, pick up times and lesson plans were arranged with out difficulty. Great way to get a lot of driving experience in a short amount of time. Lesson were set to an appropriate level for my skill and manoeuvres were explained clearly and easily. M6 7fp
I had booked 30hr driving test ahead of time as I needed time to pass theory ( 2nd time lucky) but this was my first driving test.
Lee could not have been more good humoured or patient as I had lessons over 6 years ago and needed to pass now to drive kids around as getting more active.
When I started at 8am on Monday I was sure we could iron out and straighten up my driving but I was a lot more rusty than I thought. The lessons were in 2hour stages and I found after 3 sessions a day I was a little tired but could relax and sleep on what needed work on and focus next day. By Thursday I was an ok driver but I would need to pass and that would mean a can do attitude.
Luckily I had Lee Whitehead in my passenger seat, he guided me through the test procedure so I would not be nervous and was really encouraging me that I could drive as I was ‘a nifty little driver’.
The test was good but I was tense. I got 11/15 faults and they were minors that Lee had pointed out but it was a pass. This was the best course for me as it was compact, informative and got the result I set out to get day one. Lee had 8/8 of the last people he had trained pass I was glad to be 9/9. Not only is he friendly, but he knows his stuff so listen well and absorb it all and he will give you all you need to pass.
This was a great course, I would advice the longer course as I don’t think 18 hours was enough. My Instructor was great and very helpful, she helped me get confident with all the bits I wasn’t sure about! I am so pleased that I passed first time. A big thank you!
